Long Time No Post.

Sorry sorry, I’ve spent most of the spring and summer working on some stuff that has to be kept under wraps for a while. Please enjoy this slice of cheesecake with my apologies.

By far my favorite character form A Good Man Goes to War. I want to see her on Doctor Who again. I would love to have more adventures with Jenny and her, TV, novels, comics anything really. More Copic markers (Which I think I’m getting better at.) on Borden and Riley Paris paper (if you like drawing with pens, try this paper. It will change your life) a bit of black color pencil and white gel pen. I hate her left arm other than that I’m pretty happy with it and therefore need to go to bed. I wish drawing was my “real” job. G’night folks.

The Cake is a Lie.

Haven’t posted yet this year. I have been working on a one shot comic for an idea I had a while back. In my “spear time“ I’ve been trying to get into using Copic markers. My wife got me a great instructional dvd of Adam Hughes using them and I think they are pretty cool considering I was never a big fan of coloring with markers. I also got around to trying (and to my surprise beating) the video game Portal. My friend Chuck has been so obsessed with it that he referenced it in the speech he gave at my wedding. I’m not in love with the piece but this is the third or fourth attempt and I hate wasting a night on art and not have anything to show for it.

Xmas Galactus

Hey remember that Christmas when the earth was almost eaten by Galactus and Santa and the Fantastic Four had to team up to save all of us? Yeah me neither. Merry Christmas!

I'm not sure where this story came from. My parents thought that video games would rot your brain. I never really got to play video games until my teens and by then everyone had grown up devolving their gaming skills so I was left in dust. I'm still pretty bad at them to this day. I think after I saw the trailer for Battleship I figure Hollywood has just stopped trying for an original idea so why not realistic version of Pac-Man.
